Glexo Diablo Cold Glue – Professional Cold Glue for Paintless Dent Repair

Must read installation directions in box before application!

GLEXO DIABLO COLD GLUE is a high-performance, pre-formed cold-glue compound engineered for professional paintless dent repair (PDR). It delivers outstanding initial tack, shape stability, and repeatable pull strength across a broad range of ambient conditions. Supplied pre-formed in silicone trays, it streamlines preparation and ensures consistent performance. Use with quality PDR tabs (Glexo tabs recommended) for best results.

A typical package includes (package contents may vary by configuration):

  • Silicone trays pre-filled with DIABLO glue
  • Protective release film on the working face of each glue cavity/well
  • User manual
  • 3 strips with 6 lodgments per strip 18 lodgments in total (6-10mm, 6-15mm, 6-20mm)

Note: Tabs and pull tools are not included with the glue and are sold separately.

DIABLO is compatible with most metal-stem PDR tabs. Select a tab that fully covers or slightly exceeds the dent footprint to avoid inducing new deformation around the repair site.

Preparation & Storage Guidelines

  • For professional use only
  • Store trays flat in their original packaging or another clean container
  • Recommended storage temperature: 10–35 °C (50–95 °F)
  • Acceptable short-term exposure: 4–45 °C (39–113 °F)
  • Keep away from open flames and direct heat sources. Humidity does not affect storage

Field-Proven Practical Tips

  • Full coverage of the dent by the tab/glue face is critical for effective lift and minimizing collateral deformation
  • DIABLO works across a wide ambient range; higher temperatures can improve adhesion but are not required
  • Do not over-compress the glue when embedding the tab; excessive pressure can stretch the compound and reduce efficiency

Cleaning, Reuse & Maintenance

  • Keep prepared tabs clean and protected from dust; use release films or dust caps during storage
  • If contaminated, gently warm the glue surface until it re-flows to a glossy finish; let cool to restore performance
  • Residual glue on the vehicle can be removed with isopropyl alcohol or a suitable solvent

NOTE: There is no warranty for glue product that has been installed improperly.

Do not ingest; do not apply to skin. Keep away from children and animals. Avoid prolonged heating above 60 °C (140 °F). Keep away from open flames.
