The Glexo Hail Kit is designed to meet the demands of high-throughput hail damage repair. In large-scale hail events, speed, reliability, and repeatability are critical — and this kit enables non-stop work thanks to redundant tabs and an advanced cold glue system optimized for PDR professionals.

Kit Contents:

• 2 × Round Tabs – 25 mm (0.98")

• 2 × Round Tabs – 30 mm (1.18")

• 1 × Crease Tab – for extended or linear hail damage

• 2 × PDR cold glue compounds — for different temperatures

• Anti-adhesive storage films

Recommended Application Workflow:

1. Thoroughly clean and degrease the repair surface (use Glexo SPS wipes for best results)

2. Apply cold glue to tab and install it into slide hammer until fully seated

3. Form a small cone-shaped bead of glue on the tab

4. Rotate and press the tab into the center of the dent

5. Use a sharp impact from the slide hammer to pull the dent — repeat as needed

Storage tip: Tabs can be stored with glue applied. Wrap them with the included anti-adhesive film to prevent sticking or contamination.
